Terms of ServicePAYMENT
-We accept PayPal ONLY / Buyer also use All Major Credit Cards through PayPal.
-We do not accept Personal and Business Checks
• All items will be ship from Thailand within 2-4 business days after receiving cleared payment. However, there may occasionally be slight delays due to public holidays.
• Delivery time estimated by Thailand Post takes 7-14 business days worldwide but sometimes can be delayed up to 25-30 business days.
Online tracking is only available in some countries, please see available countries from Thailand Post website (www.thailandpost.com) in Destination Website for Parcel and Registered item
• We cannot be responsible for item which is not insured and been damaged by Postal Handling
• Buyer is responsible for any import taxes or duties incurred by your country, if applicable
• We cannot refund payment for item which has been STOPPED by Customs or returned to us as a result of Refused, Unclaimed, Incorrect Address or Returned by recipient country customs.
• Item has not received; We will refund your payment in full after the investigation has been completed. The investigation can be request after 14 business days from the shipment date and according to Thailand Post the investigation can takes up to 60 business days.
• Return item; Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Case by case, either full or partial refund will be issued once we have received the item. The return item must be in the same condition as you received it and should be sent back to us with great care; recorded airmail may be required in some cases.
• If you have any questions regarding combined shipping charges, please contact us BEFORE placing any bids/purchases.
• If there are any problems, please contact us to resolve any issue before leaving feedback.
